机床是机加工企业生产能力的关键要素,对企业的机床剩余使用寿命进行检测判定,以避免突然失效造成生产能力跟不上订单出货的能力。因此需要定期对机床加工精度进行监测,依据性能退化趋势判定机床剩余使用寿命。本算法是对机床剩余使用寿命进行检测判定。如CA6140车床,抽取该机床加工件100个,取样的加工件为传动轴,其轴头图纸尺寸为35mm,公差[-0.02,-0.15],用千分尺测量取样的传动轴轴头Mn(n为1至100),每个轴头加工处直径测量3处,记作d1、d2、d3,相邻检测点之间夹角为60°,对轴头Mn的三处直径进行求平均值,获得Mn的平均轴头直径D=(d1+d2+d3)/3,将D减去轴头图纸尺寸的中心值,从而获得差值。

Machine tools are critical factors for the production capacity of machining enterprises. Detecting and determining the remaining useful life (RUL) of machine tools helps avoid sudden failures that disrupt production capacity and fail to meet order delivery requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly monitor the machining accuracy of machine tools and determine the remaining useful life based on their performance degradation trends. This algorithm is designed to detect and determine the remaining useful life of machine tools. Taking the CA6140 lathe as an example: 100 machined parts produced by this lathe were sampled, which are all drive shafts. The nominal dimension of the shaft end specified in the drawing is 35 mm, with a tolerance range of [-0.02, -0.15]. The diameter of the shaft end of each sampled drive shaft Mₙ (where n ranges from 1 to 100) was measured using a micrometer. Three measurement points were taken for the diameter of each shaft end, denoted as d₁, d₂, and d₃, with an angle of 60° between adjacent measurement points. The average shaft end diameter D of Mₙ was calculated as the mean of the three measured diameters: D = (d₁ + d₂ + d₃)/3. The deviation value was obtained by subtracting the central value of the nominal shaft end dimension from D.
