为提升电子束粉末床增材制造工艺规划和控制能力，在国家重点研发计划"复杂精密金属构件电子束粉末床增材制造装备与工艺"支持下，研发多尺度计算机模型，可用于预测表面粗糙度。记录了计算机模拟和实验测量的代表性结果，包括打印件侧表面图片和表面粗糙度测量结果。To enhance the process planning and control capabilities of electron beam powder bed additive manufacturing (EB-PBF), this dataset was developed under the support of the National Key R&D Program of China titled "Equipment and Process of Electron Beam Powder Bed Additive Manufacturing for Complex Precision Metal Components". A multi-scale computational model was developed for predicting surface roughness. The dataset records representative results from computational simulations and experimental measurements, including side surface images of the printed components and surface roughness measurement data.
