2005年8月30日至9月1日在长江口徐六泾至口门处进行了底质取样、OBS测量、取水样和表层溶解氧的测量工作，走航范围为南支－南港－南槽。
From August 30 to September 1, 2005, field surveys were carried out from Xuliujing to the estuary mouth of the Yangtze Estuary, involving bottom sediment sampling, OBS measurements, water sampling and surface dissolved oxygen measurements. The survey track covered the South Branch, South Channel and South Passage.
