蒽醌消耗定额数据集

采用20万t/a过氧化氢工业示范装置装填载钯蒽醌加氢催化剂，连续监测三天20万t/a过氧化氢工业示范装置的蒽醌消耗，每天监测蒽醌消耗一次，计算得到单日蒽醌消耗平均值。按每年生产300天计，则可计算得到每年过氧化氢产品的蒽醌消耗定额。数据结果为20万t/a过氧化氢工业示范装置的蒽醌消耗定额为0.266 kg/t，优于0.3 kg/t的考核指标，数据达到指标要求。

The test adopted a 200,000 t/a industrial demonstration plant for hydrogen peroxide production, which was loaded with palladium-supported anthraquinone hydrogenation catalysts. Anthraquinone consumption of the plant was monitored once per day for three consecutive days, and the daily average anthraquinone consumption was calculated. With an assumed annual production duration of 300 days, the annual anthraquinone consumption quota for hydrogen peroxide products was derived. The test results show that the anthraquinone consumption quota of the 200,000 t/a hydrogen peroxide industrial demonstration plant is 0.266 kg/t, which is lower than the mandatory assessment index of 0.3 kg/t, thus meeting the specified index requirements.
