Two Co(II)-based coordination polymers: structural diversity and treatment activity on chronic primary glomerulonephritis by reducing ROS accumulation and inflammatory response in glomerular epithelial cells
收藏资源简介:
Two new three-dimensional (3 D) cobalt-based coordination polymers [Co(L)(5-hypa)]n (<b>1</b>, H2hypa = 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid), and [Co(L)(1,4-NDC)]n (<b>2</b>, 1,4-H2NDC = naphthalene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid) have been successfully prepared by using the 3,6-bis(N-imidazolyl) pyridazine (L) and different carboxylate ligands as co-linkers. In the biological study, the treatment effect of compounds <b>1</b> and <b>2</b> on CPGN was evaluated <i>in vivo</i> and <i>in vitro</i>. After the construction of the CPGN animal model, compounds <b>1</b> and <b>2</b> were given for treatment. The relative expression of the <i>TGFβ</i> and <i>1Smad</i> in the glomerular epithelial cells was measured by RT-PCR. The ROS accumulation in the glomerular epithelial cells was detected by ROS detection kit.
