示范工程位于内蒙古包头市鑫达黄金矿业有限责任公司新建尾矿库,采用微生物诱导碳酸钙技术固化碱性黄金尾矿,形成1000m³碱性金矿尾矿无混凝土固化体。示范完成后,自行布点采样检测,并委托第三方机构中冶西北工程技术有限公司对示范后的尾矿进行评估。根据《工业固体废物采样制样技术规范》(HJ/T 20-1998)作为样品制备技术指标,采用非饱和态的柱式淋滤装置在室内模拟包头市一年内降雨对固化体的侵蚀作用,经过淋滤实验收集各时间段的淋滤液,随后根据《水质65种元素的测定电感耦合等离子体质谱法》(HJ 700-2014),使用ICP-MS测定淋滤液中Cu、Pb及氰化物的含量。

The demonstration project is located at the newly built tailings pond of Xinda Gold Mining Co., Ltd. in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Microbial-induced calcium carbonate precipitation (MICP) technology was applied to solidify the alkaline gold tailings, producing a 1000 m³ concrete-free solidified body of alkaline gold tailings. After the demonstration was completed, on-site sampling and testing were carried out at self-designed sampling points, and a third-party institution, China Metallurgical Northwest Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., was entrusted to evaluate the post-demonstration tailings. Following the Technical Specifications for Sampling and Sample Preparation of Industrial Solid Wastes (HJ/T 20-1998) as the technical guidelines for sample preparation, an unsaturated column leaching device was used to simulate the erosion effect of annual rainfall in Baotou City on the solidified body under indoor conditions. Leachate samples at various time intervals were collected during the leaching experiment. Subsequently, the concentrations of Cu, Pb and cyanide in the leachate were determined via inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) in accordance with the Standard for Determination of 65 Elements in Water by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (HJ 700-2014).
