传染病历史数据

传染病是一种能够在人与人之间或人与动物之间相互传播并广泛流行的疾病，经过各种途径传染给另一个人或物种的感染病。有些传染病，防疫部门必须及时掌握其发病情况，及时采取对策，因此发现后应按规定时间及时向当地防疫部门报告，称为法定传染病。我国目前的法定传染病有甲、乙、丙3类，共39种。
本数据库收集了自1950-2009年全国及各省分病种的报告传染病数据，主要内容包括全国及各省分病种发病死亡数和发病死亡率。

An infectious disease is an infection capable of spreading between humans, or between humans and animals, leading to widespread outbreaks, and can be transmitted to another individual or species via various transmission routes. Some infectious diseases are categorized as notifiable infectious diseases: disease prevention and control authorities must timely monitor their incidence and implement targeted response measures, thus requiring that once such cases are detected, they must be reported to local disease prevention and control departments within the prescribed time frame. Currently, China has 3 categories (Class A, B and C) of notifiable infectious diseases, totaling 39 types.

This database collects reported infectious disease data categorized by specific disease type at the national and provincial levels from 1950 to 2009. Its core contents include the counts of incident cases, deaths, and case fatality rates of infectious diseases for each disease type across the entire country and each individual province.
