基于“感”,“算”,“融”,“用”的设计场景,将视频感知数据和算法算力进行融合,为自治区监测预警与应急处置体系的上层应用提供能力和数据。 全量“感”知:查漏补缺,汇聚接入存量视频感知设备和平台,全量采集视频数据。 智能演“算”:基于视觉模型引擎和智算中心构建智能底座,实现算法从训练到发布调度的全生命周期管理。 多维“融”合:纵向汇聚整合自治区各级应急管理部门视频监控资源,横向汇聚整合水利、林草、自然资源、公安、交通等相关行业部门视频监控资源,形成视频数据资源底座。 共享共“用”:构建开放共享的体系,通过平台级联和标准化的RESTful API,实现视频数据和能力的对外系统共享。
Based on the design scenarios focusing on four core modules: "sensing", "computing", "integration" and "application", this dataset integrates video perception data and algorithmic computing power, providing capabilities and data for the upper-layer applications of the autonomous region's monitoring, early warning and emergency response system. Full-range "Sensing": Fill in gaps and compensate for deficiencies, aggregate and access existing video perception devices and platforms, and collect video data in full volume. Intelligent "Computing": Build an intelligent infrastructure based on visual model engines and intelligent computing centers, and realize full lifecycle management of algorithms from training to release and scheduling. Multi-dimensional "Integration": Vertically aggregate and integrate video monitoring resources of emergency management departments at all levels of the autonomous region; horizontally aggregate and integrate video monitoring resources of relevant industry departments including water conservancy, forestry and grassland, natural resources, public security, transportation and others, thus forming a video data resource infrastructure. Shared "Application": Build an open and shared system, and realize external system sharing of video data and capabilities through platform interconnection and standardized RESTful APIs.
