The specific algorithm is: Use the precise XYZ three-axis coordinates of the sample molds and the XYZ three-axis stroke of the machine tool to calculate the spatial deviation ratio σ through the following formula: σ = √[(X1-X2)² + (Y1-Y2)² + (Z1-Z2)²] ÷ √(X2² + Y2² + Z2²), where X1, Y1, Z1 represent the precise XYZ three-axis coordinates of the sample molds, and X2, Y2, Z2 represent the XYZ three-axis stroke of the machine tool. The result shall be accurate to the 4th decimal place. 3. Calculate the spatial deviation coefficient ζ of the horizontal machining center. The specific algorithm is: Deviation coefficient ζ = k × σ × 100%, where k is the conversion coefficient. 4. Compare the spatial stroke deviation coefficient ζ with the specified calibration value of the spatial stroke deviation coefficient. The test can only be passed if ζ falls within the range of the calibration value.
