快递共享资源-共享仓储

网点经营层面，部分网点企业采取多样化业务经营，以快递业务作为支撑核心业务，延伸扩展了仓储业务场景，实现了楼上发货楼下分拣派送的组合业务场景。快递共配业务的整合，极大提升了仓储业务的分拣以及发货能力，做到按照客户不同快递品牌的发货需求进行指定品牌发货。同时，按照不同货主的订单要求，实现了优先分拣优先发货。共享仓储的实现落地，使得网点仓配业务能够实现多模式、多品类的的业务发展;多模式方面支持了零售仓业务、电商仓业务等，多品类方面支持了快消品区域、生鲜品区域、副食品区域等。而平台在共享仓储业务方面为企业实现了仓储业务的信息化统一管理，平台提供了企业仓储信息的采集，信息主要包括：仓库名称、仓库类型、仓库面积、仓库所在区域等。共享仓储数据集目前包含了12个仓库的资料信息。采集方式为共享网点企业申报，平台完成审批后获得平台企业账户。共享网点企业根据自己仓储业务情况，通过平台仓储信息模块完成仓库信息填写From the perspective of outlet business operations, some outlet enterprises have adopted diversified business models, taking express delivery services as their core supporting business and expanding their warehousing business scenarios, creating a combined operation mode of shipping goods from upper floors while sorting and distributing them on the ground floor. The integration of express joint distribution services has significantly enhanced the sorting and shipping capabilities of warehousing operations, enabling enterprises to ship goods with designated express brands in accordance with the shipping requirements of different customer express brand needs. Meanwhile, in compliance with the order requirements of different cargo owners, the system supports priority sorting and priority shipping. The successful implementation of shared warehousing has enabled the outlet warehousing and distribution business to develop across multiple modes and categories. Specifically, the multi-mode business covers retail warehouse services, e-commerce warehouse services, and other related services; while the multi-category business includes fast-moving consumer goods zones, fresh product zones, non-staple food zones, and other categories. Additionally, the platform provides enterprises with unified informatized management of their warehousing business under the shared warehousing service framework, collecting enterprise warehousing information that mainly includes warehouse name, warehouse type, warehouse area, warehouse location, and other relevant details. The current shared warehousing dataset contains information of 12 warehouses. The data collection process is as follows: shared outlet enterprises declare their warehouse information, and the platform grants enterprise accounts to qualified enterprises after review and approval. Shared outlet enterprises then fill in the warehouse information through the platform's dedicated warehousing information module based on their actual warehousing business conditions.
