Specifically, the total startup time refers to the duration from the startup of the enamel material electrostatic spraying equipment to the end of production, while the total standby time refers to the duration of standby or shutdown after the enamel material electrostatic spraying equipment is started. 2. Data Processing: Calculate the operation time by subtracting total standby time from total startup time; then calculate the operation rate as (operation time / total startup time) * 100%.
