Landscape Position Project: Chemical Limnology

Parameters characterizing the chemical limnology and spatial attributes of 51 lakes were surveyed as part of the Landscape Position Project. Parameters are measured at or close to the deepest part of the lake. The following parameters are measured one meter from the surface and two meters from the bottom of the lake: pH, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, total silica. The following parameters are measured one meter from the surface: dissolved organic carbon, total organic carbon, dissolved inorganic carbon, total inorganic carbon, spectrophotometric absorbance (color scan), major anions and cations, alkalinity. Sampling Frequency: once for conservative parameters (major ions, carbon, color, alkalinity); monthly for one summer for other parameters (chlorophyll, nitrogen, phosphorus, pH, silica, temperature, dissolved oxygen, and conductivity) Number of sites: 51作为景观位置项目（Landscape Position Project）的组成部分，本研究针对51个湖泊的化学湖沼学（chemical limnology）特征与空间属性（spatial attributes）参数开展了系统性调研。所有采样点位均设置于湖泊最深处或其邻近区域。 以下参数于距湖面1米处及距湖底2米处同步采集测定：pH值、总磷（total phosphorus）、总氮（total nitrogen）、总硅（total silica）。 另有以下参数仅于距湖面1米处采集测定：溶解性有机碳（dissolved organic carbon）、总有机碳（total organic carbon）、溶解性无机碳（dissolved inorganic carbon）、总无机碳（total inorganic carbon）、分光光度吸光度（spectrophotometric absorbance，色度扫描）、主要阴、阳离子及碱度（alkalinity）。 采样频率规则如下：保守性参数（主要离子、碳组分、色度、碱度）仅进行单次采样；其余参数（叶绿素、氮、磷、pH、硅、水温、溶解氧及电导率（conductivity））于夏季开展月度采样。 本次调研共设置51个采样点位。
