Our data show that E-7386 which has been reported to be a “first-in-class orally active CBP/beta-catenin modulator” anticancer agent, unfortunately by multiple criteria does not appear to be a bona fide CBP/ß-catenin selective Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for SW480 treated with different CBP/ß-catenin antagonists (ICG-001, C82, and E7386).
