此資料集針對原住民族保留地所有權之統計。因108年修法後原住民無須先設定他項權利始得取得所有權，且該資料數據係針對所有權，故名稱修正為「原住民保留地權利回復（所有權）成果筆數及面積」。

This dataset provides statistics on the ownership of Indigenous Peoples' Reserved Lands. Following the legislative amendment enacted in the 108th year of the Republic of China (equivalent to 2019), indigenous peoples are no longer required to first establish other encumbrances on the land in order to obtain its full ownership. Since this dataset specifically targets ownership-related data, its official designation has been revised to "Number and Area of Achievements in the Restoration of Ownership Rights for Indigenous Peoples' Reserved Lands".
