Compare the average symmetric difference with the standard value to determine if the average hardness is qualified. If the average hardness is qualified, the annealing structure hardness inspection for the bearing batch is deemed qualified, and the number of qualified samples shall be recorded; Calculate the pass rate using the formula: Pass Rate = (Number of Qualified Products / Total Number of Inspected Products) × 100%. If the pass rate reaches 100%, the annealing structure hardness of this batch of bearings is judged as qualified; otherwise, this batch is unqualified, and each product in the batch requires individual inspection, with unqualified products undergoing rework treatment. 3. By inspecting the hardness of annealed bearing microstructures, the service life of bearings can be better controlled, and potential safety hazards can be mitigated in advance.
