These files are supplementary information to the publication: "Object Plane Detection and Phase Retrieval from Single-Shot Holograms using Multi-Wavelength In-Line Holography" by Hanqing Zhang, Tim Stangner, Krister Wiklund and Magnus Andersson.<br><br>Visualization 1 shows the object plane detection for red blood cells as a function of the iteration number. With increasing number of iterations, the peaks in the similarity index becomes more distinct and therefore object plane detection more precise. <br><br>Visualization 2 shows the accuracy of phase retrieval by using either 2 or 3 wavelengths for data acquisition. In general, the accuracy of phase retrieval can potentially be improved by increasing the number of wavelengths in our multi-wavelength iterative algorithm.
