针对潍柴现场网络环境复杂、加工设备多样、工艺参数获取困难的问题,研究了智能工厂设备单元间的互联互通技术,在开展智能工厂全制造流程工艺参数感知的过程中,面向潍柴动力股份有限公司一号工厂加工车间工业设备完成了加工状态、报警信息、设备刀具、刀件、夹具及托盘、生产物料等信息的数据采集,兼容了Ethercat、NUCU、PROFIBUS、ModBUS的总线协议适配,覆盖加工中心、清洗机、拧紧机、镗床、去毛刺专机、压装专机、机器人、气密试验设备、试漏机、机体组合机床等多种工业设备。主要记录报警内容、采集值、运行状态等数值,数据量1.2GB。
Aiming at the problems of complex on-site network environment, diverse processing equipment, and difficult acquisition of process parameters at Weichai's manufacturing facilities, this paper studies the interconnection technology between equipment units in smart factories. During the implementation of process parameter perception across the entire manufacturing flow of smart factories, data collection was conducted for industrial equipment in the processing workshop of the No.1 Plant of Weichai Power Co., Ltd., covering information such as processing status, alarm messages, equipment tools, cutters, fixtures and pallets, and production materials. The dataset supports adaptation to bus protocols including EtherCAT, NUCU, PROFIBUS, and ModBUS, and covers a wide range of industrial equipment such as machining centers, cleaning machines, tightening machines, boring machines, deburring special-purpose machines, press-fitting special-purpose machines, robots, air tightness test equipment, leak detectors, and cylinder block combined machining centers. It primarily records values including alarm content, collected readings, and operating status, with a total data volume of 1.2 GB.
