PRScomp reference genoptype dataset

PRScomp reference genoptype dataset contains genotype data of the 1KG3 and the HGDP projects. Data of both studies was downloaded from PLINK 2.0 (https://www.cog-genomics.org/plink/2.0/resources) and merged using PLINK default parameters. The database comprises genotype data of 3,501 unrelated individuals (1,887 males; 1,614 females), from 1KG3 and HGDP projects, belonging to 7 worldwide superpopulations and 72 subpopulations, from a total of 70,139 GWAS Catalog curated unique SNPs.
