Determine the differences (if any) of 8 day culture in a high NEFA environment on bovine ovarian tissue compared with a control environment. Ovarian cortical strips were isolated from abattoir-derived bovine ovaries. Natural follicles were removed & remaining cortical strips were randomly assigned into one of two groups: control tissue medium (CON) and high NEFA with a combination of free fatty acids Palmitic Acid (PA), Stearic Acid (SA), & Oleic Acid (OA)
