We used 16S V3-V4 amplicon sequencing to profile the oral microbiota of 31 brazilian allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplant recipients at three oral sites: dental biofilm, gingival crevicular fluid, and oral mucosa. We sampled at five phases (preconditioning, aplasia, engraftment, 30 days after engraftment, and ) to evaluate the longitudinal dynamics of the oral microbiota during transplant.
