通过按品类计算碳减排贡献值,确定再生资源回收的A类(重点品类)、 B类(次重点品类)、C类(一般品类) ,以便于集中资源管理高碳减排价值品类,优化碳资产管理资源配置,为生成碳减排报告、可视化展示关键指标提供依据,并为参与碳市场交易、开发碳金融产品提供基础。采用帕累托分析方法 一、数据收集:从线上回收系统中提取包含回收单据号、回收品类、重量、回收时间等字段的完整数据集。 二、数据清洗: 处理缺失值:对关键字段(如回收品类、重量)缺失的记录进行剔除或合理填充;异常值处理:识别并修正重量或单价明显异常的数据(如负值或极端值) 三、帕累托分析(下列数据计算结果均保留小数点后2位,且采用四舍五入) 1、计算贡献值: (1)确定各大品类碳减排因子,大品类碳减排因子=大品类基线排放因子-大品类回收排放因子;如纸类基线排放因子为1.3096,回收排放因子为1.06,则该品类下回收物资炭减排因子0.2496 (2)按回收品类分别计算各单个品类碳减排量,作为单个品类贡献值,单个品类碳减排量=单个品类统计期回收重量*对应大品类碳减排因子;进而汇总计算所有品类碳减排总量作为所有品类贡献值。 计算单个品类贡献值占比,即:单个品类贡献值占比 = 单个品类贡献值 / 所有品类贡献值× 100%。 (3)排序规则:按贡献值占比从高到低对所有回收品类进行降序排列。 3. 计算累计百分比 计算公式:该回收品类贡献值累计百分比 = (截至该品类贡献值总和/所有品类贡献值总和) × 100% 说明:“截至该品类贡献值总和”是指根据前述排序规则,汇总计算从第1位到该品类排位区间所包含的相应品类的单个品类贡献值;举例,如该回收品类按照上述排序规则排在第3位,则需汇总计算第1位、第2位、第3位品类的单个品类贡献值作为“截至该品类贡献值总和”。 4、划定分类标准: A类(重点品类):该回收品类贡献值累计百分比≤0.82的品类; B类(次重点品类):0.82<该回收品类贡献值累计百分比≤0.95的品类; C类(一般品类):该回收品类贡献值累计百分比占比>0.95的品类。 四、隐私说明:线上回收单据号后四位以“*”代替做匿名处理。
This dataset classifies renewable resource recycling categories into Category A (key categories), Category B (secondary key categories), and Category C (general categories) by calculating carbon emission reduction contribution values per category, aiming to facilitate centralized resource management of categories with high carbon emission reduction value, optimize the allocation of carbon asset management resources, provide a basis for generating carbon emission reduction reports and visually displaying key indicators, and lay a foundation for participating in carbon market trading and developing carbon financial products. The Pareto analysis method is adopted. 1. Data Collection: Extract a complete dataset containing fields such as recovery document number, recycling category, weight, and recovery time from the online recycling system. 2. Data Cleaning: - Handling missing values: Eliminate or reasonably fill records with missing key fields (e.g., recycling category, weight); - Outlier handling: Identify and correct data with significantly abnormal weight or unit price (e.g., negative values or extreme values). 3. Pareto Analysis (all calculation results below are rounded to two decimal places via standard rounding): (1) Calculate contribution values: a. Determine the carbon emission reduction factors for major categories: Carbon emission reduction factor of a major category = Baseline emission factor of the major category - Recycling emission factor of the major category. For example, if the baseline emission factor of paper products is 1.3096 and the recycling emission factor is 1.06, the carbon emission reduction factor of recycled materials under this category is 0.2496. b. Calculate the carbon emission reduction amount of each individual recycling category during the statistical period, which serves as the contribution value of the individual category. The carbon emission reduction amount of an individual category = Recycled weight of the individual category in the statistical period × Corresponding carbon emission reduction factor of the major category. Then aggregate the total carbon emission reduction amount of all categories as the total contribution value of all categories. Calculate the proportion of the contribution value of an individual category, i.e., Proportion of individual category contribution value = (Individual category contribution value / Total contribution value of all categories) × 100%. c. Sorting Rule: Sort all recycling categories in descending order of their contribution value proportion from highest to lowest. (2) Calculate cumulative percentage: Calculation formula: Cumulative percentage of contribution value for this recycling category = (Total contribution value up to this category / Total contribution value of all categories) × 100% Explanation: "Total contribution value up to this category" refers to the sum of individual contribution values of all categories from the 1st position to the rank of this category according to the aforementioned sorting rule. For example, if this recycling category ranks 3rd under the above sorting rules, the total contribution values of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd categories shall be aggregated as the "total contribution value up to this category". (3) Define classification criteria: - Category A (key categories): Categories with cumulative percentage of contribution value ≤ 0.82; - Category B (secondary key categories): Categories with 0.82 < cumulative percentage of contribution value ≤ 0.95; - Category C (general categories): Categories with cumulative percentage of contribution value > 0.95. 4. Privacy Statement: The last four digits of the online recycling document number are replaced with "*" for anonymization.
