该数据库主要包含了切削加工过程中产生的声发射信号（共计两通道）、振动加速度信号（共计6通道）以及加工过程中拍摄的刀具磨损图片。数据于2022年8月采集，采用的加工装备为德玛吉五轴加工中心并采用东华信号采集系统采集传感器的信号，原始数据由东华测试软件导出为txt文本文件并保存。This database mainly contains two-channel acoustic emission (AE) signals, six-channel vibration acceleration signals generated during the cutting machining process, as well as tool wear images captured during machining operations. The data was collected in August 2022. The machining equipment utilized was a DMG 5-axis machining center, and signals from the sensors were collected using the Donghua signal acquisition system. The raw data was exported as TXT text files and saved with the Donghua test software.
