本数据集为中国人群结直肠癌风险预测芯片所采用的SNP位点信息及对应风险预测模型的计算公式，芯片由中国人群结直肠癌易感性关联的显著SNP位点组成。本芯片可用于对人群进行结直肠癌风险预测和高危人群的识别，未来可用于结直肠癌的个体化筛查。
This dataset comprises the SNP locus information and the corresponding calculation formulas of the risk prediction model utilized by the colorectal cancer risk prediction chip designed for the Chinese population. This chip is constructed using significant SNP loci associated with colorectal cancer susceptibility in the Chinese population. It can be applied to colorectal cancer risk prediction in the population and identification of high-risk individuals, and has the potential to be applied to individualized screening for colorectal cancer in the future.
