本数据集主要面向以解决高转速下转子回转精度降低、动力稳定性不足的难题为出发点,而开展的高精度高频响柔性磁悬浮转子位移测量方法研究。数据集来源于对一体化电涡流传感器进行出厂测试,静态和动态测试时得到的结果。记录的主要数据项包括:出厂测试得到的电涡流位移传感器参数值,在课题研制的静态标定台上得到的电涡流传感器静态位移-电压特性值,在在高精度自修正轴位移检测试验平台上上得到的电涡流传感器动态特性参数值。数据量1.11MB。
This dataset is developed for the research on high-precision and high-frequency-response displacement measurement methods of flexible magnetic levitation rotors, aiming to address the challenges of degraded rotational accuracy and insufficient dynamic stability of rotors under high-speed operating conditions. The dataset is derived from the test results of integrated eddy current displacement sensors obtained during factory inspection, static calibration and dynamic testing. The main recorded data entries include: the parameter values of eddy current displacement sensors acquired from factory inspection; the static displacement-voltage characteristic values of the sensors measured on the static calibration bench developed in this research project; and the dynamic characteristic parameters of the sensors obtained on the high-precision self-correcting shaft displacement detection test platform. The total data volume is 1.11 MB.
