AIGP: An interpretable Artificial Intelligence Genomic Prediction framework

This dataset contains the summary results of GWAS analyses performed for all traits in the AIGP (Artificial Intelligence Genomic Prediction) framework. The summary statistics include p-values, effect sizes and other key metrics derived from association analyses. The dataset provides insights into the genetic architecture of 20 traits and facilitates further research in genomic prediction. Data format: Compressed archive (.rar) containing GWAS summary statistics. In addition to the GWAS summary statistics, the dataset also includes the corresponding data used in the analyses.
