Dataset on social identity and inclusion at higher education

Data collected within a sample of 951 university teachers of eight Spanish public universities on diversity beliefs, attitudes, and practices, as well as on social identity (self-identification as a member of a minority group). Results supported a slightly predictive relationship between social identity and inclusive attitudes and practices of faculty. Full information about the theoretical framework, hypotheses, method, results and discussion has been submitted for publication.
