无论是金融侧的科创贷业务还是政府侧的招商引资场景,都需要对企业的科技创新能力进行客观的评估。我司基于科技型企业的特征并结合数据的可获得性和有效性,构建了企业科技创新性评估模型并基于该模型得出企业的科技创新性评估数据,能有效提升金融机构和地方政府评价企业科技创新能力的准确度和效率。工商企业科技创新性得分 = S1 *(近3年专利数量的行业排名)+ S2 * (近3年专利数量的省份排名)+ S3 *(专利数量的行业排名)+ S4 *(专利数量的省份排名)+ S5 *(商标数量的行业排名)+ S6 *(商标数量的省份排名)+ S7 *(软件著作权数量的行业排名)+ S8 *(软件著作权数量的省份排名),其中,S1、S2、S3、S4、S5、S6、S7、S8是通过AHP(层次分析法)得出的的不同权重系数。

Both the tech-based loan business in the financial sector and the investment attraction scenarios on the government side require objective assessments of enterprises' technological innovation capabilities. Our company has developed an enterprise technological innovation assessment model based on the characteristics of technology-intensive enterprises, combined with the availability and validity of relevant data, and generated corresponding enterprise technological innovation assessment data via this model, which can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial institutions and local governments when evaluating enterprises' technological innovation capabilities. The technological innovation score of industrial and commercial enterprises is calculated as: Score = S1 × (Industry ranking of the number of patents over the past 3 years) + S2 × (Provincial ranking of the number of patents over the past 3 years) + S3 × (Industry ranking of the number of patents) + S4 × (Provincial ranking of the number of patents) + S5 × (Industry ranking of the number of trademarks) + S6 × (Provincial ranking of the number of trademarks) + S7 × (Industry ranking of the number of software copyrights) + S8 × (Provincial ranking of the number of software copyrights), where S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, and S8 are the weight coefficients derived via the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process).
