Phytohormone and stress related cis-elements: ABA-responsive element (ABRE), anaerobic response element (ARE), ethylene responsive element (ERE), defense and stress responsiveness (TC-rich repeats), fungal elicitor responsive element (box-W1), gibberellin-responsive element (GARE), gibberellin-responsive element (P-box), heat stress element (HSE), low temperature responsive element (LTR), MeJA-responsiveness element (CGTCA-motif and TGACG-motif), MYB binding site (MBS). 2. For miR482 located on the 187bp before the mature sequence of miR1448 in P.trichocarpa LG_VIII, the promoter analysis of miR1448 was undertaken on the up-stream of pre-miR482 (2500bp in length).
