Escherichia coli str. K-12 substr. MG1655 Raw sequence reads

The goals of this study are to determine the influences of GreA, GreB, and DksA on transcription fidelity. We use a Circle Sequencing approach to reduce RNA sequencing artefacts to measure transcription errors. We use E. coli MG1655 and the following mutants to this strain: greA deletion, greB deletion, dksA deletion, greAB deletion, greAdksA deletion, greBdksA deletion, and greABdksA deletion.
