The mRNA transcriptomic of knockdown ODAM in ALC cells

Although odontogenic ameloblast-associated (ODAM) protein is expressed within the junctional epithelium (JE), its function during the progression of periodontal disease is unclear. The aim of this study was to assess the expression of ODAM in clinical samples and further investigate the influence of Odam deficiency in vitro via RNA sequencing.
