<i>In vitro</i> drug susceptibility of a panel of recent clinical <i>L</i>. <i>infantum</i> isolates against antileishmanial reference drugs in THP-1, bone-marrow derived macrophages (BMMφ) and mouse peritoneal exudative cells (PEC).

Intracellular amastigote drug susceptibility against miltefosine (MIL), paromomycin (PMM), pentavalent antimonials (SbV), trivalent antimonials (SbIII) and amphotericin B (AmB). The presented IC50-values are the result of three independent tests run in duplicate.
