PL.snps.9071neutrals.vcf contains the SNPs that were not identified as statistical outliers putatively under selection by either PCAdapt or OutFLANK. md5.raw.txt contains a list of the Phorcus lineatus samples included in tGBS analysis and the gz files contain the raw tGBS data for each sample.
