Aphelenchoides besseyi Transcriptome

To understand the function of FAR proteins in parasitism of RWTN, it is important to understand how many genes encoding FAR proteins exist in RWTN, so we have begun an examination of the FAR proteins in the RWTN with transcriptome analysis of two mixed-stage population of RWTN. Comparisons transcriptomic analyses of two RWTN populations would provide useful information in deciphering many of the gene function and help to find genes that may aid the elucidation of the parasitic abilities and genes we are interested.
