铝合金超低温变形双增效应的原位变形机制研究及统一本构建模数据库是由哈尔滨工业大学流体高压成形研究所建立的一个数据库。本数据集的基本研究内容为铝锂合金微观组织表征、变形均匀性机制、原位EBSD、统一本构模型、位错滑移与晶粒取向演化、成形极限提升、原位拉伸系统(扫描电镜耦合)、力学性能双增效应(强度与塑性)、断口形貌与3D-CT分析、铝锂合金微观组织表征、变形均匀性机制、位错滑移与晶粒取向演化、低温成形极限(LDH/FLC)、双增效应、硬化指数、均匀延伸率等。
The database for research on in-situ deformation mechanisms and unified constitutive modeling of the dual-enhancement effect of aluminum alloys during ultra-low temperature deformation was established by the Institute of Fluid High-pressure Forming, Harbin Institute of Technology. The core research contents of this dataset include: microstructural characterization of aluminum-lithium alloys, deformation uniformity mechanism, in-situ EBSD, unified constitutive model, dislocation slip and grain orientation evolution, forming limit improvement, in-situ tensile system (coupled with scanning electron microscope), dual-enhancement effect of mechanical properties (strength and plasticity), fracture morphology and 3D-CT analysis, low-temperature forming limit (LDH/FLC), hardening exponent, and uniform elongation.
