scRNA-seq analysis for CD11c+ cells recruited to the MLNs in colitis induced in mice supplied with PBS or lysine

L-lysine (Lysine) is an indispensable amino acid that cannot be synthesized by the human body. Lysine effects on DCs in colitis is unkonwn. We investigated whether whether lysine could alter DC differentiation trajectories in colitis. We sorted CD11c+ cells recruited to the MLNs in colitis induced in mice by DSS and profiled the cells by single-cell RNA sequencing. To go insight into lysine effects on DCs in colitis, we sorted CD11c+ cells recruited to the MLNs in colitis induced in mice by DSS on day 7. The mice were treatment with 100mg/kg lysine or PBS daily after 2 days of DSS treatment
