The purpose of this study is to compare transcriptional profiles of non-small-cell lung cancer between responder patients and non-responder patients during anti-PD-1 treatment. 16 patients sample were obtained as 11 fresh samples and 5 formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) samples. Each sample was subsequently prepared by TruSeq RNA Access Library Prep Guide Part # 15049525 Rev. B with TruSeq RNA Access Library Prep Kit. RNA-sequencing was performed by HiSeq 2500 with HiSeq 2500 System User Guide Document # 15035786 v01 HCS 2.2.70.
