The HTSC-2025 dataset is a standardized benchmark dataset for ambient-pressure high-temperature superconductors. It contains superconducting materials predicted by theoretical physicists between 2023 and 2025 based on the Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer (BCS) theory of superconductivity, including the well-known X₂YH₆ system, perovskite MXH₃ system, M₃XH₈ system, the cage-like BCN-doped metal atomic system evolved from the LaH₁₀ structure, and the two-dimensional honeycomb structure system derived from the MgB₂ structure. This dataset aims to provide a standardized benchmark for AI-driven superconducting transition temperature prediction, and has been open-sourced for research use.
