TotalSegmentator-CT-Segmentations

This collection contains results of automatic analysis of the CT images using the TotalSegmentator model to generate volumetric segmentations of anatomic organs, with the subsequent application of the pyradiomics library to extract first order and shape features for the regions defined by those segmentations. Initial release of this collection contains these analysis results for the National Lung Screening Trial (NLST) collection.
