Maximum Quasi-Clique Families of Large Real-World Networks

This dataset contains the maximum quasi-clique families computed for several large real-world networks, including social, platform, and biological interaction graphs. Each CSV file corresponds to one network.Each row lists all vertices of one quasi-clique. Quasi-cliques with the same threshold r are grouped together and appear in consecutive rows.Each group is preceded by a header line, where the values in parentheses indicate the quasi-clique size NNN and the threshold r. Due to memory and time limitations, some very large solution families were only partially enumerated.In those cases, only the first several thousand quasi-cliques are stored. This dataset accompanies the paper on exact maximum quasi-clique enumeration and family geometry in large networks.
