Penn Medicine BioBank (PMBB)

It centers on de-identified patient demographic and clinical variables, including HbA1c measurements. Following final filtering, the curated dataset includes 389 patients with a total of 2,077 HbA1c measurements, which are stratified by self-reported gender, race, and age. Additionally, the dataset contains clinical laboratory values and image-based phenotyping. Overall, this dataset covers over 60,000 patients, with its primary task being diabetes risk stratification.
