耐候型摇臂式喷头

经过对国内外喷头产品结构的对比分析,对喷头结构进行重新设计,并对喷头结构参数进行优化设计,实现喷头在低压条件下也具有较优的灌溉效果;通过对生产原料进行选型和复配改性,解决了喷头耐候性差、不耐磨的问题及密封系统不可靠性、喷头使用寿命短的问题。研制的耐候性摇臂式喷头结构简单、运行压力低、耐侯性强、耐磨性强能够在牧区强辐射、水中含沙量较大的环境条件下稳定、可靠的运行。研发的产品与同规格产品相比,寿命增加45%-5 0%, 产品价格降低15%- 16%, 使用范围广、成本低。产品主要应用于农业、牧业、城市园林等微灌节水灌溉工程领域。
Through comparative analysis of the structures of sprinkler products at home and abroad, the sprinkler structure was redesigned and its structural parameters were optimized, enabling the sprinkler to deliver excellent irrigation performance even under low-pressure conditions. By selecting and compound-modifying production raw materials, the issues including poor weather resistance, insufficient wear resistance, unreliable sealing system and short service life of the sprinkler were resolved. The developed weather-resistant rocker arm sprinkler boasts simple structure, low operating pressure, excellent weather resistance and high wear resistance, and can stably and reliably operate under harsh environmental conditions such as strong radiation in pastoral areas and high sand content in water. Compared with products of the same specification, this developed product has a 45%-50% longer service life, a 15%-16% lower price, wider application scope and lower cost. It is mainly applied in micro-irrigation and water-saving irrigation engineering fields such as agriculture, animal husbandry and urban gardens.
