Single-cell whole genome sequencing data from three mouse (C57BL/6) lymphocytes
收藏资源简介:
Single-cell whole genome sequencing data from three selected mouse (C57BL/6) lymphocytes from Rohrback et al. 2018 PNAS paper 'Submegabase copy number variations arise during cerebral cortical neurogenesis as revealed by single-cell whole-genome sequencing'. This dataset is solely for the purpose of testing installation in HiScanner (https://github.com/parklab/HiScanner/), a single cell copy number detection method. If you want to access the full dataset and/or use it for other purposes, please cite the original paper and check SRA regulation. This dataset contains the following:bams/├── SRR6204878_sra.bai├── SRR6204878_sra.bam├── SRR6204878_sra.bam.md5├── SRR6204923_sra.bai├── SRR6204923_sra.bam├── SRR6204923_sra.bam.md5├── SRR6204925_sra.bai├── SRR6204925_sra.bam└── SRR6204925_sra.bam.md5(aligned to GRCm38/mm10 genome)
scan2_out/├── gatk│ ├── hc_raw.mmq60.vcf.gz│ └── hc_raw.mmq60.vcf.gz.tbi└── shapeit├── phased_hets.vcf.gz└── phased_hets.vcf.gz.tbi(Simulated hetSNP and phasing information; required input for HiScanner)

mappability/100mer.chr*.txt (matched mappability tracks required by HiScanner)
