AMT22 (JC079) CTD profiles (pressure, temperature, salinity, potential temperature, density, fluorescence, transmissance, downwelling PAR, dissolved oxygen concentration) calibrated and binned to 1 dbar.

This dataset consists of 74 CTD profiles collected during the Atlantic Meridional Transect programme cruise 22 (AMT22 JC079) between 12th October and 20th November 2012. The cruise track between UK and Chile passed through both north and south Atlantic gyres. This dataset contributes to the AMT time-series of core oceanographic measurements along an north-south transect of the Atlantic Ocean. The profile down casts have been processed, quality controlled, calibrated for salinity, oxygen and fluorescence, then binned to 1 dbar.
