This dataset constitutes the first DOI-archived, minimum-viable scientific record for TRIZEL Claim-001, corresponding to the interstellar object 3I/ATLAS. The archive contains deterministic, network-free, and verification-complete scientific artifacts generated under the TRIZEL governance framework. It includes curated observational tables, derived quantities, provenance metadata, and integrity manifests required for independent verification and long-term preservation.
