采集方案：将人工扫描整理的教材txt文档导入标注系统，利用软件进行人工标注。
时间及地点：2024年在腾讯云服务器上进行

Data Content: The appendicitis chapters from *Pediatric Internal Medicine (6th Edition)*, *Pediatric Infectious Diseases (5th Edition)*, *Pediatrics (9th Edition)*, and *Pediatric Surgery (6th Edition)*, published by People's Medical Publishing House (PMPH).
Data Collection Procedure: Manually scanned and post-processed into plain TXT documents of the aforementioned textbooks, which were then imported into the annotation system for manual annotation using specialized software.
Time and Location: The dataset was compiled on Tencent Cloud servers in 2024.
Equipment and Instruments: Tencent Cloud servers that operated stably throughout the entire process.
