Simulation and Experimental Data of Portable OCE for non-destructive measurement of the equivalent elastic modulus in multi-layered soft tissues

This dataset integrates comprehensive simulation and experimental data from a compact optical coherence elastography system, including: (1) COMSOL finite element simulation results and data processing files for a three-layer phantom; (2) COMSOL finite element simulation results and data processing files for a four-layer phantom; (3) OCE test data and data processing files for tissue phantoms; (4) OCE test data and data processing files for a three-layer tissue phantom; (5) OCE test data and data processing files for human forearm tissues. The dataset systematically demonstrates the correlation between surface wave propagation characteristics and tissue elastic parameters, as well as spatial distribution patterns of elasticity in multi-layer soft tissues, providing multidimensional data support for soft tissue biomechanical characterization.
