Total Sleep Deprivation Modulates Working Memory and Depression in Aged Rats

Statistical analysis was performed using an independent non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test, p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. All the data were shown as the mean ± SEM. We have selected Mann-Whitney U to assess the relationship between the variables in our study, with non-normally distributed data and a limited sample size.
