Heterocapsa abundance and its associated attached and free-living bacteria exposed to dispersant, dispersed and not dispersed crude oil

This laboratory experiment measured the dinoflagellate Heterocapsa sp. abundance after exposure to various treatments (dispersant, dispersed crude oil, and not dispersed crude oil). This dataset also reports 16s rRNA gene sequencing results and assigned taxonomy for the attached and free-living bacteria associated with Heterocapsa sp. for each treatment.
