Transcatheter mitral valve edge-to-edge repair is increasingly used to treat severe MR in patients with prohibitive surgical risk. Redo-intervention remains challenging in this high-risk population with limited treatment options. We present several cases highlighting different mechanisms of recurrent MR after prior MitraClip and the treatment approach directed by comprehensive imaging.
