The goals of the study are to compare differenely expressed genes in allogeneic and syngeneic CD8+ T cells isolated from splenocytes of allogeneic (donor: C57BL/6, host: Balb/c) and syngeneic (donor: Balb/c, host: Balb/c) HSCT mice. Overall design: RNA sequence was performed with allogeneic and syngeneic CD8+ T cells (n = 3 for each group) to identify the differenely expressed genes and related pathway.
